How Lyonk HUB Shipments Work (and Why They Save You Money)

📦 Info Hubs & Direct Shipments

Before making your purchase, make sure to select your preferred shipping method. All orders are shipped from Chile via DHL or FedEx, either through direct shipping or our international HUB network.

🚀 How Do HUB Shipments Work?

HUBs allow us to combine shipments to reduce international costs and simplify local deliveries. Each HUB is shipped once it reaches 6 orders. The local delivery in each country is managed by your regional HUB manager.

Direct shipments are always processed first, as soon as they are ready to leave Chile. HUB shipments are dispatched once the group of 6 confirmed orders is complete.

🌍 Active HUBs

USA HUB – $15 USD
Shipments leave from Chile with a USPS label. This cost covers both international shipping and domestic delivery within the U.S. No additional payments are required.

UK HUB – $15 USD
Managed by Richard Stevens. Once the package arrives at the UK HUB, Richard will contact each buyer directly to inform:

• The possible customs cost (if any), divided among all HUB participants.
• The local shipping cost from the HUB to your address within the UK.

Customs fees are only applied if required by UK authorities.

 

EUROPE HUB – $15 USD
Managed by Dennis van der Vijver (Netherlands/Germany). Once the package reaches the HUB, Dennis will contact each participant to provide:

• Any customs fees that might apply, divided equally among HUB members.
• The shipping cost from the HUB to your country within Europe.

Customs fees depend on each country’s customs regulations.

 

SOUTH KOREA HUB – $15 USD
Managed by Jiho Myoung. When the shipment arrives in South Korea, Jiho will contact each buyer to detail:

• Any customs charges that may apply, shared between all HUB participants.
• The local delivery cost within South Korea.

Customs costs are determined by Korean customs authorities if applicable.

 

INDONESIA HUB – Variable Cost
Available only during Megadrop events.
Managed by Pierre Ranadi. Before shipping from Chile, Pierre will calculate the international shipping cost. Once the package arrives in Indonesia, he will contact each buyer to inform:

• Any customs fees (if applicable), divided among HUB participants.
• The domestic shipping cost within Indonesia.

 

PHILIPPINES HUB – Discount Code: DANIEL
Available only during Megadrop events.
Before paying, add the code DANIEL to remove the initial shipping fee. Once the package arrives in the Philippines, Daniel Ferrer will contact each buyer to provide:

• Any customs fees that might apply, divided among HUB members.
• The local delivery cost within the Philippines.

 

🗓️ Megadrop Shipping Logic

During scheduled Megadrop events, all Hubs (including Indonesia and the Philippines) are shipped once all products are ready, packed, and finalized. This ensures that every buyer receives their complete order correctly and at the same time.

The shipping order always follows the same logic:

1. Direct shipments are sent first.
2. HUB shipments begin once all Megadrop production is complete and stored, and each region reaches 6 confirmed orders.

📢 Final Reminder

• If you make a regular purchase (outside a Megadrop) and select direct shipping, your order is shipped as soon as it’s ready (usually within 24–48 business hours).
• If you select HUB shipping, it will be dispatched once the group reaches 6 total sales.
• During Megadrops, all shipments (direct and HUB) are processed once the entire production is finalized and packed.
